TN Visa Renewal for changing Job

I am a Canadian who was working in the US under a TN. My job was terminated recently, But I immediately got a new job form another employer in the U.S.

How long is the Grace period ? If I stay in the U.S for 3 weeks longer than the maximum of Grace period, will I have a bad record for re-apply the TN visa ? (My TN visa will expired in half year )

Can I just go to an Airport (Los Angeles Airport) in the U.S. to re-apply for the new TN visa since I changed the job without flying back to Canada and re-entry to board ?

If you LOSE your job, The grace period is 60 days, or the expiry of the TN, which ever is shortest. If you quit there is none.

No one can get a TN at an airport without leaving the country first.
