Time to get the Receipt Notice

Hi
My petition was filed ( normal processing ) at Nebraska Service Center on Feb 10th. My lawyer says that the receipt notice has not yet come. IS that normal?

Has anybody here filed around the same time and already got the receipt notice?

yes dear . Mine was filed on 27 Jan. My employer received receipt number with in 10 days. Receipt number should'nt take that long and if it is taking that long then i better not expect them to process my application that soon.
