I am on a J-1 visa completing my 2nd year of fellowship and at this time i have received a very good job for a waiver job in primary care- pediatrics.
i got the information that it is diffiult to get waivers for pediatric subspecialities.I want to know what happens if i get my waiver accepted during the end of this year,can i stillcontinue my fellowship program?
My other question is whether i will be able to continue my 3rd yr of fellowship until June2005 after i have been approved for waiver or is it better to delay signing the contract so that my approval is delayed.
