"Thank you" Mexico

Is this guy smoking something ?

"If there is a real wave of rights abuses, if we see the National Guard starting to directly participate in detaining people ... we would immediately start filing lawsuits through our consulates," Foreign Secretary Luis Ernesto Derbez told a Mexico City radio station. He did not offer further details.

Yes, of course they are smoking dope! Remember that they want to legalize mari/cok/her only "for personal use"...now we know the consequences of just "thinking" about that just imagine of the usage :)

In my opinion, this is nothing but laughable..
Considering this statement was was from a Mexican Govt authority and is in the World/US news, how is it that there are no counter statements from the US govt?

The nerve of the Mexican President and the Foreign secretary and the people interviewed in this news piece

National Guard, Fences, landmines...you name it, people are still determined to cross the border to get into US. If you saw Anderson Cooper on CNN monday night, you would know how unprotected our borders are. Should we say its the fault of US because they did a lousy job of securing borders? or should we say its the fault of Vincente Fox for not creating enough jobs and improving the economic conditions in Mexico. The debate goes on. If illegal immigration is considered a felony, such lawsuits go right out of the window.

Definitely is not the fault of this sneaky, conniving, dirty fox. Is his "merit", the God damn s.o.b. is solving his internal problems on our expense.
