Td visa expired

Hi All,
Just wanted to know , can I extend my stay in US on td visa, which recently got expired i:e on Nov.,07'2017.,
And I'm in Pkistan these days.?? What would be the right approach??

My husband change employer in Feb 2017 n got his TN for next 3 years .
Can anybody please help on this??
 
Since you are out of US, you will need to get a new TD visa at a US consulate, based on your spouse's TN. You will need a copy of his I-94.

Then you can enter US and get an I-94 for yourself, in TD status.

Thank you so much Nelson for ur swift response,
But just wondering I'm not Canadian or Mexican citizen, iv Pakistani passport still I can get my TD at US consulate??
 
Ayesha, if you dont have a Canadian passport, you will have to apply for a visa ( consular processing ) in Pakistan and then you should be able to fly back to the US.
 
Technically, one could get a Visa ata consulate in Canada, even without a Cdn passport -- they still do third-party nationals -- but since you are in Pakistan, why not just get it there.
