Survey questions at Buffalo Service centre

I called last week to Buffalo service centre for status of my application, they told that your
 application is approved for PR and then he asked me are you calling first time to this service
centre? when I said yes then he told me that they are doing survey for the quality assuerance
program. Anybody else got this kind of experiance? Please share your experiance.

I am waiting the interview. My application receipt date is Aug 23 2000. Could anyone tell me how long I should wait?
