First, you need to receive your approval notice and check that TSC did indeed designate your case for CP and is therefore transferring your file to the NVC. TSC is notorious for messing up on this.
Once you know for sure that your case is going the CP route, contact the NVC to check that they have received it; you\'ll initially use the receipt number from your I-140 to track this. Call the NVC at regular intervals thereafter until they tell you that your NVC case number has been created. The first packet of forms will be sent to you after that and things should be fairly self-explanatory beyond that point.
