My spouse entered US on CR1 (first time entered in US). approx 2 month back.
Now we got letter from USCIS for Biometrics with date and time of biometrics appointment?
It says :
Case type OS155A - Immigrant visa and alien registration.
Embassy took her fingerprint and photo at time of visa 3 months back
When she entered US first time they took photo and finger printing 2 months back at POE
So why once again.... Is this normal ?
Any idea? why this is and what is this for?
