Hi Guys,

in No-Objection case, what does the DoS AVM mean by saying they\'ve received the Sponsor\'s View??? View about what?? I had Private Coorporation funding.

sometimes it\'s indirect

it\'s kind of strange, i was on a private corporate funding and they never asked for the sponsor view but sometimes even when you had a private funding parts of that funding have come from some government agency and that\'s the agency they would go and ask... the best way to know if you didn\'t have any USG fund is to look at your IAP 66 and make sure it says 0 $$ on USG.

there is indeed $$0.00 on the IAP-66 in the area about USG funding!!
The DoS AVM says they requested their views on Feb 13th and they received them on March 7, 2002. It says they will forward recommendation to INS. It\'s been more than 3 months now and I still have not heard anything...

Is USG Funding the main thing here???
