Hello-
I would like to sponsor my father-in-law as Non-Immigrant Visa. I want to bring him into the States for a visit. Could someone help me in terms of forms and steps that I need to take to make this happen. I know that I will need to complete the Affidavit of Support, but are there any other forms I need. I'm thinking is that there is, but I can not seem to find the answer off the INS website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
