About to file green card for my sister who's an Indian citizen and also lives in India. She changed her name after marriage but does not have an official name change application or court judgment. USCIS site says:
"If your name or your sibling’s name has changed, please include proof of the legal name change (may include marriage certificate, divorce decree, adoption decree, court judgment of name change, etc.)"
She has none of those documents and most of those conditions don't even apply to her. What document can she provide? Any information will be very helpful. I need to apply this fast.
