Greetings,

I came to the USA under derivative asylum in 1997.

The principal applicant, my dad apply for us. Soon after I came, my dad, the principal applicant, lost his asylum status, it was revoked.

My mother and I are still in the USA. We apply for work authorization each year and we always get approved. Does this mean I am still under asylum, even though my father's asylum was revoked?

Can I apply for Nunc Pro Tunc Asylum? Do i have a good chance of getting the asylum approved?

I have tried to contact lawyers but none of them seem to know what they are doing. Some say apply for DACA... some say if I apply for asylum I have very low chance of getting approved. Some say go back to your country. I came to this country when I was 6 under derivative asylum - I only know how to read and write in English - I cannot speak my native language. I have a credible fear of going back to my country... I believe I will be prosecuted. I am very scared and don't know what to do anymore...

Please help me - I really need urgent help!
