She came on Fiance visa, now she dont want to get married.

hi,
I m male, a US citizen.
I got engaged in india.
My fiancee entered in US on fiance visa about a month ago.
now, she is not interested in getting married to me.
Please guide me what immigration liabilities i need to worry about and
how to get rid of any immigration liabilities around this case.
