Sharing the room with another same name person

Hello,

I am not a Tri-valley student. I am going to share a room with a Tri-valley student.

Incidentally, we both have the same First and Middle names.

Do any of you foresee any issues or delays in my GC processing ? I want to help him but dont want to get myself into trouble.

Please advise.
 
You need to worry should he be illegally present or have a deportation order. IMO, while you want to be a friend, you need to protect yourself. If you are asking this question you seem worried and should evaluate the options based on far more information than you have provided. Your friend should consult an attorney and be preparing to return home if it appears that he is likely to become illegally present.
