I just got my I-140 approved and is preparing I-485.
1. My wife is a F1 student in a different INS regions, can I file hers I-485 with me to the INS center I live?
2. Should she apply working permit and advance parole?
3. Should I use I-134 (Affidavit of Support) for her ? Can she add her assistantship (about $10,000 per year) for finanical
statement?
