I am not lucky enough to finish my immigration last step. Your any first hand or secondhand response is valuable to me. I am working for company1 where I applied for counselor processing. I may get the Interview anytime soon in next two months. But I don\'t have any chances to stay on this job because of layoffs in next two months. I am planning to switch to company2 by starting the greencard process from scratch. Can I Join the company2 even after I sent the paperwork to Consulate [company1 paperwork]? Do I need to send the letter to Consulate[Counselor processing]? Do I need to go to I485 only from the company2?
