Second Draw for DV- 2017 ?

I wonder would there be a second draw for DV- 2017, in October this year?

If there is, it will be a small numbe of selectees - far fewer than the first draw. So, don't hold your breath.

Infact - No!!
I did email KCC in June - they replied me back saying "most probably there would be NO NEED for the second draw"
But may be it does happen - fingers crossed

Also please could anyone tell me - why my IP address is blocked when i try this website from home, I am now in office and I can access it....
Where or whom do I write for this issue ?
