Hi! Does anybody know how long will it take to process a new H1B petition after being asked of additional evidence or information with regards to the I-129 application after 10 months of waiting? My papers were filed on May 22, 2002, RFE was sent on March 3, 2003 and additional evidence was just sent yesterday. Is there any possibility or is this an indication that my application will be denied? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
