Hi All
I applied for an Extension of H1 Visa for rest of 3 years and the INS reuqested for RFE and asked for Labor Condition Application signed by the official with Valid dates and ETA number. The dates that I need are Oct 2003 to Oct 2006 but somehow the Labor department is reflecting the Valid dates as June 2004 to Oct 2006 on the Labor condition Application. My lawyer has applied for the LCA 3 times but no success. He say the only option that I have is now to apply for a new petition. Can anyone help me on this???
