Hi Everyone,
We are using a immigration lawyer of course.. so we are planing our trip to Canada before the kids starts school but the problem is our visa is pending at USCIS but for 10 days.. our lawyer told us IF only IF something goes wrong it gets denied while you are up there.. and you come back you are still on the old visa for 3 weeks so there is no reason to not let you go... I am little bit nervous about that situation wanted some opinion
