Renew Green Card I-90

I have to renew my green card. Part 3, item/question 1 states:
"Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status:"

My former employer's lawyer applied for my adjustment of status, so I don't have a copy of the application. Thus, I don't know where they applied for the adjustment of status.

However, I know PArt 3, item/questions 2:
"Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status:"
because this is on the green card, SRC.

Can I use this location for Part 3, item 1? i.e. is it correct that the the application would be issued at the same place as where on applies? I live in California.

My former employer's lawyers are unresponsive/unhelpful. How else can I retrieve this information?

answer: This will be the service center which processed your I-485. Look at your I-485 approval. Example mine is Nebraska Service Center
