Receipt Notice

hi,

I transferred jobs, my new company applied for an H-1 transfer (regular processing) with Nebraska Service Center. The case was filed on June 24. I have not yet received a receipt notice. Is it taking so much time?

Can I meanwhile start working with the new company or should I wait for the receipt notice?

Please let me know ASAP.
