Hi,
I have recd an enquiry from BCIS on the H1 petition that i had applied thru TCS in august 2003.

Please let me know what exactly does this mean.

"Please submit evidence that 365 days or more have passed since filing of any application for labor certification, ETA 750, that is required or used by the alien to obtain status as an employed based immigrant OR 365 days have passed since filing of an Employment based immigrant"

Is this inquiry about the 7th year extension? If so then you must not have submitted the evidence about your labor cert pending for more than 365 days. Thats what they are asking for and you should be ok after submitting it
 
Seems like 7th year H1. eeFrog has answered it. You might get more help in the H1 6 years expiring forum.
