Question reg Pay stub

Hi Guys,
My labour got approved and I lost my project and I am on bench for 3 months and not getting paid. In order to file for I140/485 concurrently I need to submit my recent pay stubs. Now I dont have those, how the best possible way to overcome this situation.

Can somebody help me at this siuation.

Submit the recent pay stubs you have if you are currently on project, so that you can submit new pay stubs if you get RFE.

Or the better option is to wait till you get the new project/pay stub and then you can proceed with I-140 and I-485.

Well, do you actually need paystubs to file concurrently? Last month i filed concurrently and didn't submit paystubs.

I dont think you need paystubs for 140/485.Go ahead and file first .. so that you willbe in line .Otherwise its going to be late for you .. Infuture if RFE comes .. you can produce your latest paystubs (hopefully you will get a project that time )..
