I hope you are well. I am on F1 status. My post completion OPT is about to end and my husband has applied my EAD under I-485. I received the approval.
So my question is,
1) do I still need H1b and need to apply for STEM OPT?
2) and If I use the EAD which is under I-485 then does the 90 days of unemployment rule applies to me or it is no longer applicable to me?
