Does the case closed notice (in case the center does not receive the 45 days letter) come only to the attorney, or does the employer also get a copy? . Also, and more importantly, what is the maximum number of days within which one could realistically expect to receive this case closed notice? I am trying to get a sense of a time-frame after which I can be sure that they have received the response to 45 days letter (and the intent to continue the case), therefore, have not closed my case, since I have not been able to obtain a confirmation of receipt from them.
