Question about recommended approval !

Congratulation!
However, every case is different so I doubt there is a specific pattern for each region's background check. Let's hope that everything will be fine quickly.

However, can you tell us your timeline? Like asylum office, receipt date, date of interview and anything special you have done.

I think yes, you can change your address in the same state or a neighboring which is covered by the SAME asylum office, without creating some more delays.
However, I won't recommend you (I am not lawyer though) to leave for a state that has a different asylum office. If you do, your case might be transferred to that new asylum office and this might create even more waiting time for you before receiving the final approval.
