Processing Timeline - I 140, TSC

Hello Friends

I filed I-140 in EB-1 category at Texas Center yesterday. How long does it typically take for this to be approved ?

I saw the Processing times for Texas and it shows processing applications filed in July 2007.

Does it typically take so long ? Does it matter if the application is filed in EB-1/Eb-2/Eb-3 ?

my 140 was filed in july/aug 2008

i am yet to hear any thing.
in aug/sept 2008 the employer received an RFE and my case status shows now the standard generic message that has a candid attitude of: Received response for RFE on Sept XX. We are working. Will let you know.
