I work small collection company in Nebraska and have 70 employees. We have only 4 IT. Before I filed my LC, I was worry on Prevailing wage. I company wants to pay $29,000.00 per year as Computer programmer DOL CODE: 030.062-010. I have 3 years of programmer experience and have B. Sc degree Computer Science.
I just want to suggestion you all
1. Find good Immigration Attorney.
2. Two Newspapers Advertises a month part.
3. Internal posting 10 days (company doesn’t want to post it, It is fine)
4. If company wants to pay like mine to this in 750A
a. Use job title as Programmer Analyst in 9.
b. Write well in 14.
c. 15 is the special requirement and most important. Use some kind of technique and eliminate lots of resume. If you user C++ you will get lots of resume but If you use “Applicant must have Basic Programming language”
My company applied as programmer Analyst but DOL changed the position as Computer programmer DOL CODE: 030.062-010. Nebraska SASE received on Jun 12 and sent to Chicago Aug 1st and few days ago Chicago DOL approved my Labor Certificate. Now I am ready to file I-140 and I-485
