Pre-Interview steps, Albania

Hello
I am from Albania and my interview date is August 7th.
I have some questions regarding documents:
1- Documents should be send to the embassy via DHL 2 weeks before interview or we should just carry them with us in the interview day?
2- My husband is not Albanian, should we translate his documents in Albania or in the country we are living?
3- I got married in Turkey should I take a marriage certificate from Turkey or it will be ok If I just take it from Albania since I have changed my status there as well ?

1- yes I believe that the procedure in albania. You can send your documents by DHL prior the interview.
2- he can get them translated in turkey or albania doesn't matter.
3- I suggest you to take both to avoid any troubles.
