PR from canada how to apply for H4?

hello everyone! I'm holding permanent resident of canada and my husband is in US working how can i apply for H4 visa? What requirements do i need? Should I go to US embassy in montreal to apply for H4? I have a one year old baby. What are the process please thank you so much!

Where do you live in Canada? That will determine which consulate you need to apply at. You will need your husband's I-797 and other ancillary documents.

It's been few days I landed Toronto. I am just done with finding a temporary place to stay ,waiting for PR card to arrive.
Now planning to apply for H4 visa for US
1) How would I get H4 while in Canada? (I would like to apply in Canada - US Consulate Toronto)
2) How long the processing time is?
3) Can I get H4 visa at border?
