My I-140 has been approved recently. At the time of applying for my I-140 one lawyer in law firm applied first my application with out even informing that i would be doing AOS. One fine day , I realized that they were doing aos after applying.In between my i-140 application there were change of lawyers .
Can I fax some material with Ins with out applying for i-824 and make a request to change to cp now. my i-140 was approved on 01/22. I can convince my company to write a letter , do u think it would possible to change to cp now......
