Poor eyes vision at medical exam

Hi to everyone
I have undergone my medical exam today prior to my interview next month. Regarding the physical examination, especially on eyes check, I was unable to read smalls prints. My concern is about to know whether it could be a reason for visa denial at the interview or not?

It's a Diversity Visa, not Eugenics Visa. It should be fine.
