Hello,
My mom failed the 2nd FP. I heard that we need to provide a police clearance for past 5 years. We are applying for AOS in the US. Shall we just get police clearance from the cities in the US OR we will also need to get the police clearance from overseas as well. My mom spent only 1 year in the US and the rest overseas in the past 5 years.
