I am a citizen of India and my fiance is an American citizen. She is going to apply for K (Fiance Visa) for me.
Now my question is that it is common practice in India that passports do not have the familyname/surname mentioned in them.
But I have my first name and the middle name in the passport and that is what is actually used on other documents as well.
Now my question is while filling out the forms for my fiance visa, what should I do?
Should I fill in my middle name in the last name section?
or Should I leave the lastname section just blank as it is on my passport?
