I didn't receive my social security since the last 5 months and i am in this country without employment during this period being on H1. My employer shows no interest regarding this issue. I got a letter from social security people saying that they needed copies of my H1. I visited their office and i was told that they had a entry of H4 in their records.
Question: Can i take any legal action on any of these people? My employer who is supposed to help me shows no interest.
I would appreciate if someone advices me in this regard.
