Plastic card for N-400

Hi folks

  The temporary stamp for PR in their passport is the same as the GC.
Does INS consider this stamp for applying N-400?
  
  As N-400 says to include a plastic card copy,this stamp is also a GC
as we aren\'t received one from INS and they don\'t know when it\'s going to send these to who ever waiting for.

Any inputs appreciated.

Here is what a rep at the Service Center said

They said to make a copy of the passport stamp, along with a brief note mentioning you have not received the card.

I was going to do this, but luckily I got the card in only a few weeks (filed at CSC in my case).
