Hello - I just received my USC and will be applying for a OCI card. At the same time I would like to apply for OCI for my wife and two kids. Wife is a US/UK citizen, kids are USC by birth, and all currently hold PIO cards that are valid for many years. I understand that PIO is still valid but I'd rather get us all switched at once.
Is the process easy top switch from PIO to OCI? Is the burden of proof less? Can we all apply at once? Would a single set of proof documents apply for the whole family if the applications are send in together?
Of course the directions and rules are so unclear, so thought I would ask here as well.
