PIO card for Peruvian spouse

Hi,

I wanted to check if someone can shed light on my situation. I am an Indian citizen by birth and will acquire US Citizenship next week. I plan to apply for the OCI card.

Once I acquire my US citizenship, will my Peruvian spouse be eligible for PIO card. We have been married for more than 2 years and live in the US.
