Hello,
My parents entered on green card visa in first week of SEPT 2015. we payed the $165 fees before entering the USA.
Here is the problem. When we file DS260. we gave a address to mail the Green Card and SSN. Now we moved to new address. How can i update new address to mail the Green card. I have called USCIS customer support. They were able to give IOE number ( which i paid $165 fee). and requested me to go local office by taking info pass. Which we did but not helpful.
How can i track our GC production and mail with IOE number. When i check case status by using the reciept number (I 130). It says my case is transfered since SEPT 2014.
Please direct me what to do.
