Hello all,
I became a permanent resident through marriage back in 2011. On November 2nd of 2011 I got my conditional Green Card and last year in April I renewed and got my 10 years permanent residency. I was married from April 29th of 2011 to March 2015. My question is, can I still apply for citizenship even after divorcing without hitting the 5 years mark? I did read and it says 3-5 years if you are living with a U.S Citizen spouse. I moved out of my house last march so I technically didn't live with my wife to complete the 3-year mark on November 2, 2015 but I was legally married to her until March of 2015.
Thank you
