I have my 9th year H1 extension applied in mid Sept and am planning for a trip outside of US in November. I have advance parole (Travel Permit) to come back into the US, but I was wondering if I don't get my H1 visa extension approved, would I be on EAD/Advance Parole Status?
With Vermont Service Center, how long might it take for processing the case in regular processing?
