I'm currently working with my employer to transfer from OPT to TN1, and just had a few question about what I should put in certain fields on the I-129 form.
Part 2.1 (Requested Nonimmigrant Classification): This would presumably be TN1, but that option isn't listed in the form instructions.
Part 2.3 (Most recent petition): Would this be related to my OPT or EAD Card? It also gives me the option to leave it blank.
Part 5.2 (LCA or ETA case number): Where would I find this info?
Part 5.11 (end date): I understand that you still have to list an end date even if you have a permanent position (which I have). My question is, is the end date effected by when my passport expires (July 2017, aka sooner than the maximum three year allowance), or can I just list three years from when my OPT expires?
