Hello,
I have graduated from my master degree on may 23, 2011 and also applied OPT. But my OPT was denied because the check i sent for the fee bounced, this happened as the bank system accidentally locked my account and i was helpless about that. Later on I received an invoice from uscis about a fine which I have to pay along with the fees. So the second time iapplied for OPT i put in the entire amount but it was also rejected because I was supposed to send only the required amount first. I also applied for the third time now, but the 60 day grace period is over. Please suggest any alternatives I have.
