October I-140 Filed cases VSC !!!

Ph.D in Chem Engg in 1999
Working for Fortune 500 company (since 1995)
Approx 25 papers, 4 book chapters, 40 conference proceedings/presentations
20 + citations (papers are recent) in decent journals (provided ISI ranking info)
1 Journal reviewer
No major awards (but mentioned fellowships, Who\'s Who)
Memberships (association program committees, listed as collaborator on Japanese Govt Research Project)
19 letters (2 Europe, 1 Japan, 1 Australia, rest US - wide range of referees - five professors (only 2 of whom were on my thesis committee), three CEOs, one ex-FDA, others - industry/non-profit organization)

Claimed 6 out of 10 EA criteria
As stated often in the EB-1 forum, presentation is everything.

I also filed EB1(EA) with my lawyer\'s help at the end
of Oct. My qualification is similar to yours, but I
only sent 9 letters.

Looks Like RFE cases are being delayed

Hi Todal333,
             Today I had my company\'s HR executive to call VSC. IIO told him that they were sending a letter for additional information. This letter will be out probably in couple of weeks.

The AVM still sings the old song i.e. it is taking 150 to 240 days in these kind of cases.It does not tell anything about RFE. It seems all of us who are waiting for I140 are in same boat (just guessing).

Do you know what kind of RFE?
Did you provide company tax return, 3 pay stubs, experience letters when you filed I140?

IIO did not tell that

My company\'s executive had asked that but IIO told him that she did not have any idea. My attorney submitted last two years W-2s, last year company tax return and all experience letters along with the I140 application.
