Hi guys,
I havn't seen a Tracker for Oct 2002 VSC:I-140 filers. if you filed that month would you post your RD ND, etc.

RD: Oct9
ND: Oct18
AD ?? or no RFE yet

check immigration.com since recent updates for all 4 service centers are out. hopefully some have their I-140 cleared.

I got me 140 approved today....... (WHAT A WAY TO START MONDAY!!!!!)

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On July 14, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

EB2 RIR ( Labor from DOL Texas ND July 11th approved on Sep30th)
H1 6yrs expired on July15th 2002, left the country on July 14th.
Applied for CP (as I couldn't apply for 485),
