I am going to my oath ceremony this Wednesday, and need to answer questions on the back. I have went through my naturalization process via marriage; however, things have been a little rocky in the relationship. My wife has called police on me, and after arrival the officer just wrote down a report but has not cited, or given a ticket. All he has done is wrote down a report and left. How do i need to answer question number 4: "Since your interview, have you been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, including traffic violations?"? Like I said I have not been arrested, given a ticket or even cited. Please help. Do I need to mark Yes or No for this question.
