Hello,
Have any of you travelled outside US without AP approval during I485 pending with valid O1 visa? (My status: I140 approved, I485 pending (fingerprint done), I131 pending)
My company legal team says I can freely travel with my valid O1 visa with O1 approval notice and employment letter. Like H/L visa noted clearly, O1, though it is not apparently indicated, fall into the same category.
However, law firm hired by my company says O1 is not allowed without AP (I131) approval.
Thus I am so confused. If you have anyone who has an experience on that, please share me the information.
