I called the NVC customer service and was informed that we are approved and given a case number....whohoo! Our case was approved April 25th and it's been over a week with no approval letter. Does the NVC send an approval letter like the USCIS for the NOA1? If so how long does it take for it to be sent. Also, once the NVC sends the Embassy in Manila the case, how long till my fiance gets the packet in the mail? Thanks.
