North American Indian

I am a north american indian and very fustrated on appying for a green i want to know if indians have more privelges to get a green card and what forms do l fill out. I get many different answer the california ins cannot even answer that question either. Can someone please give me the proper answer. Thanks I am a Canadian

Yes I am a statused Indian Canadian (nipissing band of Ojibways) I want to relocate to Fort Lauderdale l have a sister down there and fell in love with the area, I am also an Registered Practical Nurse and may look into employment when l get there. Also my husband is not native but would also join me there.
